Before you come
Frequently asked questions
What guests ask us most. If the answer is not here, call us between twelve and eight, or send an email.

- Do I need to book a table?
- It is wise, especially at weekends. But we always keep a few seats at the bar and the communal table for guests without a booking — first come, first served.
- When are you open?
- Monday to Saturday, 17 to 22. We are closed on Sunday. The phone is answered between 12 and 20.
- Where are you, and how do I get there?
- Niels Juels gate 51 in Briskeby, a few minutes from Riddervolds plass. Trams 11 and 19 stop nearby.
- How is the food served?
- Everything is served to share. Dishes arrive as they are ready and the table eats together — that is how the food is made where the recipes come from.
- Can the kitchen accommodate allergies?
- Yes. Every dish on the menu is marked with its allergens. Tell us when you book and the kitchen will adapt.
- Can we come as a larger group?
- We have two rooms: the chambre séparée seats 6–16, and the whole restaurant 70. We build the menu together with you.
- Do you host Christmas parties?
- Yes, in both rooms. Send us a date, a number of guests and the occasion, and we usually answer the same day.
- Can someone help us with the wine?
- Antonin Dubuis is our restaurant manager and sommelier, and he is on the floor every evening. We keep a broad list at every price — ask him.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes. Gift cards are bought online and can be used on food and wine.
- Where can I see pictures of the restaurant?
- On Instagram. That is where we post what comes into the kitchen, the dishes we put up through the season, and pictures from the room. @antonietta_oslo
